Youth Support Worker (6 hours per week)
£6.95 per hour
It is essential that the Youth Support Worker has:
- Experience in volunteering or working in a youth work setting
- The ability to form non-judgmental and constructive relationships with young people
- Ability to work constructively as a member of a team
- Commitment to empowering young people and to encouraging them to engage with decision-making processe
- An understanding of equal opportunities and ability to deliver work infused with anti-discriminatory practice
- Good active listening skills
A lot of work will take place during the afternoons and evenings, with occasional weekend work required.
