Lorraine was a 17 year old young female who was kicked out of the family home by her mother. She was offered accommodation by City YMCA London, but when she moved in she didn’t particularly engage in any meaningful activities. Then, we assisted her to enrol in a hair dressing apprenticeship, and is no longer on Income Support. She also engaged in mediation to redevelop her relationship with her mother. She eventually moved back into the family home after having stayed at City YMCA for three months.
